Good question. And, an easy one to answer.

If you want to print only the ACTIVE logfiles do this.

Set the Minimum file size to '0'
Set the Maximum file size to '0'

The reason this works is because: since IIS holds the active logfile open, most programs (including LogFileManager) trying to access it are going to see a filesize of '0'.
