Sometimes it "hangs" for about 10-20 seconds while creating the last Web. Why?

Answer:

The hang time will be shorter or longer depending on how many Webs you have.

We have set the Web index at 2000.

For example, let's say you have 10 Webs, since the counter will continue on until it reaches 2000, it will seem to hang. Conversely, if you have 1800 Webs you will not notice any hang time.
