Answer:
Downloaded the trial version of DomainReportIT PRO. Dialog box says it cannot find notepad.exe. Changed it to Word.exe, and it can not find this either.
If the exe you designate in the ini file is not in the system path, DomainReportIt PRO, or any program for that matter, will not be able to find it.
Make sure the editor you want to use is in the path.
